Designer 1BR in White Plains | 30-Night Minimum, Gym & Parking

The building is brand new and the apartment was modern and very clean. The amenities are wonderful… Pool, gym, workspace. Wr especially enjoyed the lounge area on the roof. The location is excellent and walkable to restaurants, etc. Need to know there isn’t any Concierge or anyone in the managers office. However, communicating with the hosts via airbnb message was very good. They respond quickly and give very clear instructions for everything. Parking is included in the price We would stay there again.

Summary: Excelente I liked: I did not like:

Apartment was clean and had all the amenities. We had difficulty with both TVs that required maintenance visits twice. Max was the person who came both times and he was very good and efficient. Mentioned halfway through our stay that the ac in the bedroom was dripping onto the furniture. Unfortunately we did not want to have someone come if we were not there and the host couldn’t guarantee a time. Assume ac will be looked at soon.

I really enjoyed my stay! The home was beautiful and spotless, and Sarah was a great host. There were so many thoughtful amenities that made it feel like home, and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Having stayed here for almost three weeks, I can say this place is just as clean and tidy as the listing described. The host was highly responsive and communicative throughout my stay. The clubhouse, including the gym and meeting rooms, is excellent, and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely—even as a woman walking alone, I felt completely safe. The location is incredibly convenient, with major shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. To my pleasant surprise, there is even a Japanese grocery store within walking distance. Additionally, the White Plains train station is less than a 20-minute walk away, which is a huge plus for anyone without a car! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
