Perfect place to stay for our weekend in Philly! The apartment was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed - the parking spot in the garage that is included was great as we had a rental car. The team was fast to respond and the check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The building was fine. Neighborhood was fine. Not all equipment working in the gym. I didn’t love having to give my id thru a third party app when I’ve already given it to Airbnb. Cleanliness was fine

Very well located property. Peaceful surroundings. Very well maintained interiors with working kitchen. Would love to stay again.

This is a beautiful place in a convenient and quiet location. The apartment is extremely comfortable, and the black out curtains are incredible! Some of the best sleep I can recall while traveling. It’s also has the soundproofing of a new building, so it’s very peaceful. There’s a coffee shop and couple of restaurants in the other buildings within the courtyard. It’s also walkable to Whole Foods and Walgreens across the bridge, and along the river. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay - apartment has a great layout and is very spacious. The garage is conveniently on roughly the same level as the apartment so that was really practical. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Enjoyed staying here for a work trip. It was clean and host was very responsive t The kitchen was well equipped. Only annoying issue we had was the noise coming from the floor above, seemed like someone was running around late at night.

We had a great stay from start to finish. The host was organised, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy. Everything matched the listing, and we absolutely recommend staying here.

Could not have been better! Great location, great space and the instructions before during and after could not have been better explained. When we had hiccups regarding parking they were responsive and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying here with my son. This place is beautiful and quiet. The gym was great! Sarah is a nice host and provided a lot of information. The previous frying pan was not in a good condition and Sarah bought a new one for me. The kitchen was very easy to use and I got everything I needed.

Summary: I liked: En general, todo. El apartamento muy bien, totalmente equipado, con muchos detalles (pastillas lavadora y lavavajillas, bolsas de basura, toallitas de limpieza, complementos de baño, etc...). La cama muy cómoda. Muy satisfechos. Volveremos. I did not like: Todo, perfecto.
