Great home from home. All you need is in the apartment, it’s quiet and clean. Great place to stay.

This is our second time staying at Hyatus with Sarah as host. As always she’s gracious, very responsive and the homes are exquisite and luxurious. Supplies and amenities are top notch. We always look forward to spending our vacation at a Hyatus property. Thanks Sarah. You’re awesome

Nice place. Accurately described and including parking was a nice perk. Needed a dolly to move stuff from the elevator but nothing there, as it's quite a bit of a walk to the unit. Otherwise no issues.

My daughter and I stayed for a week in Sarah’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed everything the apartment, the building amenities and beautiful Somerville had to offer! We came for a concert and a week away and are already talking about making it a yearly tradition!

Good option if you are looking for a clean modern apartment in Boston area. Consider traffic if you need to travel and plan your whereabouts

The building is brand new and the apartment was modern and very clean. The amenities are wonderful… Pool, gym, workspace. Wr especially enjoyed the lounge area on the roof. The location is excellent and walkable to restaurants, etc. Need to know there isn’t any Concierge or anyone in the managers office. However, communicating with the hosts via airbnb message was very good. They respond quickly and give very clear instructions for everything. Parking is included in the price We would stay there again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Everett. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks! After that much time, it really started to feel like home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area

Thanks for a great stay. Sarah and the team quickly responded when I was having diffuculty with my very late check-in. The amenities were great and Sarah was helpful with all of our questions/requests. I would definitely stay again.
