El alojamiento es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio y exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estancia. Sarah fue una anfitriona excelente, muy amable, atenta y siempre disponible cuando la necesité. La comunicación fue muy buena y todo fue súper fácil desde el check-in hasta el check-out. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Gracias por todo, Sarah! ??✨

Le logement est parfait pour visiter Boston en Famille grâce au métro (10 minutes à pied, ligne orange : la plus fiable). La piscine est très agréable, ainsi que le billard pour les soirées. Seul bémol : l'appartement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Mais après l'avoir signalé, dès le lendemain l'équipe de ménage est revenu et c'était parfait. Je recommande vivement.

We had a really great stay here and would definitely come back! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a longer stay with family. The Hyatus team was also super responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something, they got back to us quickly and were always helpful. We had a small issue with the washing machine during our stay, and they had someone come by and fix it very quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everything from the apartment itself to the support from the team made our time here easy and enjoyable. A huge thanks to Sarah, Tatenda, and the whole Hyatus team for taking such great care of us. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area!
