Great place close to all the things we enjoy! Just was fantastic

It was a convenient location, clean with nice amenities. I would stay again.

Very nice place, we enjoyed the roof top deck with views of downtown on the night it wasn’t pouring and windy ? The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all well stocked with towels/shampoo/etc. The whole place seemed to have been recently updated so it was overall a great place to stay and we appreciated the hosts thoughtful touches (chocolate!). We were very happy with our stay and appreciative of its close proximity to the activities we wanted to do. Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect Airbnb for 6 friends coming to Philly. Every bedroom was spacious, comfortable and as described. The house had everything you could think of and the rooftop was the perfect place to start our mornings off and end our nights with those views! Would 100% stay again next time we visit Philly.

This is a difficult review to write as I don't want to negatively impact the owners but a few points need to be made. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Stairs had hair and other debris. The place was furnished as stated and kitchen nicely appointed. The neighborhood was unexpectedly "the hood" and though it was quiet and we were never threatened, my wife never felt comfortable leaving open the 15 foot above ground second story windows. The roof deck was easily accessed from neighboring homes with no curtain over the door for privacy or security. Lastly the AC did not work and after realizing this on the 4th night, the management company was NEVER able to get it working, so our remaining 6 nights were spent in sweaty mid-80s discomfort. This would be the main complaint beyond making sure people understand the nature of the block and that families with young kids might find the situation uncomfortable, though I again stress that nothing threatening happened to us

We had a pleasant stay at Mike and Tatenda’s place. The layout was great and the location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for the Philadelphia Eagles home opener, and we had a straight trip to the stadium from the home. It was plenty of space for our group of six. For the questions and issues that we did have, they were very responsive and helpful. We would stay with them again.
