This home was beautiful and cozy in the perfect location. You have easy access to the train, stores, and restaurants. It’s honestly perfect. I enjoyed my stay here and I would def recommend booking with hyatus.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and the host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended

Sarah and the Hyatus team were one of the most responsive hosts we have experienced, always very responsive and polite at any time of day and no questions was too much before we got there and during the stay. This place was virtually brand new when we stayed in Aug 2026 and very comfortable and spacious with an excellent kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need if you want to cook. We had a full size SUV and were allocated a space that fitted a large car. Getting in and checking out was really smooth and easy. I normally stay in hotels because I don't like the hassle that sometimes comes with apartments, but this was so easy from start to end. I would highly recommend this apartment and Sarah with Hyatus. We will stay there again when we next visit Salem.

Kitchen and bathroom was very nice and clean. My favorite part is the pool and deck. This building is full of students but very quiet and polite. Only 1 issue we had was unit next door was smoking something and it smells everytime we pass by in the hallway. Our host immediately responded and offered us an air purifier. I didn’t take it because it didn’t affect our unit inside and the kitchen vent helped. Location was great, local markets and food trucks nearby.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay during our time in Philadelphia. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. From the moment we arrived, we could see that even the smallest details had been carefully considered. The appliances, kitchen equipment, furniture, and other items throughout the house were all high quality, which made our longer stay especially comfortable. One of the highlights for us was definitely the rooftop terrace. It has a beautiful city view that is not easy to find in Philadelphia, and we spent time there almost every evening during our stay. It became one of our favorite parts of the whole experience. The hosts were also extremely responsive, kind, and helpful whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed our stay, felt very comfortable here, and would happily choose this home again on our next visit to Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

Summary: Wonderful 2 weeks! I liked: Emplacement top, facile, et entrée autonome! I did not like: The parking and room wan't ready at time, i had to wait 45 minutes more. But they understood me and gave an gift!

Beautiful spot with lots around and an easy drive to main attractions within Boston.

Pay attention to how to manage the keys. It isn’t intuitive
