From the starting point (and even before) booking to the very end when I checked out, the communication with Tatenda With Hyatus was excellent - whenever I had a question, I was promptly responded to. The instructions were clear and great for self-service so that a late check-in wasn't an issue and the nearby parking recommendations were helpful. The nearby area is on the quiet side, especially on the side of the street where the apartment complex is so we preferred to not walk around too much at night. That said, the location was a convenient point to go to nearby/local sightseeing spots in Philly. The apartment itself was impeccably furnished - I could tell a lot of thought went into decorating it! My guests and I were very happy with it and the cleanliness - it was a perfect pick for me, my partner and my father. The bed and linens were also very comfortable. 10/10, I would book this listing again and recommend that others do as well!

Really nice place. Keep in mind there are 2 different apartment layouts in the photos with 2 examples of living rooms. The corner units are 08’s. The building is very modern and new - super clean. The room had a great view and was really well set up. The hosts were very kind and attentive. Really great experience overall.

I visited the Stamford area many times in the past 5 years and finding quality accommodations has always been difficult. Hyatus at the Asher was by far the best quality accommodations I've experienced. There were no annoying noises, the furniture and decorations were high quality, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom felt luxurious, the kitchen was well appointed, and the walk in closet was large. The building itself feels luxurious with outstanding amenities, the game room was the best we've seen and the business center was a very convenient place to work.

Great place

Summary: Beautiful Lux Apt I liked: I really loved my stay at this apartment in Assembly Row. The location was perfect and made everything super easy. The building felt new, the furniture was great, and the whole place had a comfy + lux vibe. The staff were all really friendly and made the stay even nicer. Amazing accommodation. Host was very helpful and kind. The place was immaculate and super spacious. The little details were great. Loved our stay! Could not recommend it enough!

Another fantastic stay with Hyatus! Tatenda is a brilliant and kind host who makes the stay enjoyable and stress free from start to finish. Apartment amenities are exceptional and the location is convenient for travel to NYC —Union Station is only a few minutes walk away—-and to anywhere on Yale’s campus.

Summary: We were super comfortable in a new, luxurious, safe apartment. I liked: Clean, ample, modern,comfortable, felt really luxurious. I did not like: We liked everything.

We are a local family who stayed at Tatenda’s place for a few weeks while we had work done on our home. The location is one we know well, and it had ideal with easy access to the T, as well as our work and schools. If we were on vacation, it would have been a great place to land after a day of sightseeing. While check in was a bit confusing, Tatenda was a most gracious host and responsive to all of our needs. The apartment was spacious and clean with two beds and two full baths. Parking on site allowed us to go about our daily routines easily. The apartment more than met our needs, and we had fun making an adventure of our time away from home.
