This was by far the best stay I’ve had in New Haven the apartment was very clean had everything I needed to cook the bed was fabulous had the best sleep not to mention I got to watch the sunset laying down in the bed it was the highlife of my stay loved it I’ve never in my life got to experience laying down in the bed watching the sunset it was great and I’ve been around the world stayed at some great places but never that ?? I will be booking another stay here very soon and the host was so helpful with everything and answered me very promptly thank you again for the great stay

I had a great stay at this location. It’s super close to the city and train station. The apartment is clean, has everything you’d need, and great amenities. Tatenda is a great host!

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

Stayed 10 nights here in a luxury apartment with many amenities such as yoga studio, gym, co-working space and event space. It came with covered parking garage which is very convenient. The layout is great for 2 couples as the bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen in between. It is tastefully decorated with simple clean lines. Kitchen is equipped for a short-medium stay depending how much you plan to cook. It has all the basics, but if you plan to cook a lot, you'll need to get basic supplies like oil, vinegar, sugar, spices. The bedrooms have dim lights which are good for calm relaxation, and if you need more light for makeup and other things, then you'll need to use the bathroom light. There is plenty of closet space which is great. Having in-unit laundry is also a big plus for us. I would recommend this stay to anyone who visits Boston area if you want a private, quiet, clean, and comfortable place that feels like home.

Great building!

The apartment was clean and comfortable; the area was fairly quiet for being right in the city. It was smaller than we expected but it was fine for our needs since we were only there a few days. A long stay might not work well here for more than one person. For a quick visit to Philly, this is a great place to stay!

Would recommend to friends and family

This place is a gem! It's stylish yet incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We felt right at home instantly. Huge thanks to Hyatus for being a great host and to the fantastic building staff for their top-notch service. Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay for those visiting the Boston area! The space was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Convenient location near transit stations to get into town. Would stay here again if back in the area. Thanks!
