We had an incredible stay at this luxury apartment in Everett! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect-just a short drive to the city, making it super convenient for exploring and getting around. The amentities were top-notch and made our stay feel truly elevated. The building itself had a welcoming vibe, with friendly tenants and guests that made it feel like home. Our host was amazing - responsive, kind, and proactive. We really appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Boston!

Book this place now! Stayed here as a family of 5 (Mom, Dad, Aunty, Infant, Toddler). Immaculate and modern, with two bathrooms and a large washer and dryer. All pictures are accurate! It will likely be our go-to for regular medical trips to Boston. I can't say enough good things about Tatenda’s responsiveness and kindness. Despite being there for medical reasons, we truly felt at home. Not far from the airport and Boston Children’s Hospital. We even had a pool day onsite (so clean!), and we felt safe in the building. It had pretty much everything we needed. Honestly, it felt like a godsend! Tatenda provided a high chair and playpen, which was so helpful. Walk-in closets were big enough to fit our suitcases and more. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, which was perfect! There’s a Wendy’s right outside the door and a taco truck across the street (best nachos!). Gas station across the street (had eggs!) and café, called Common Ground (delicious cake coffee and more).

Tatenda was one of the most friendly, responsive and helpful hosts I have stayed with. The instructions to find the place and check in were very clear which made it easy. Using the Latch app on the phone to access the building and apartment was brilliant. Loved only needing my phone to access. Apartment was exactly as described and very modern. The area is “up and coming”. Not the nicest of areas but very close to downtown - 15 min walk - we mostly used Uber. Having the garage with an easy to park spot just inside the garage was a real bonus - as was the dark black out curtains ! We loved the communal areas. Impressive gym. Highly recommend Sabrina’s cafe for breakfast. 10 min walk. Get there early ! Tatenda was an amazing host :)

Had an amazing time. Instructions were very clear and everything was smooth

Host was wonderful. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Place was very clean and easy to access. Lots of amenities, swimming pool, gym, pool table, outdoor courtyard with fire pits. Parking garage was very easy to use. I would definitely stay here again.
