    Michael and Jhanice were friendly and responsive when I messaged them on Airbnb. Michael took the time to phone me and make sure I was completely happy with the apartment. His genuine and warm style of hospitality is rare and wonderful. Everything was well decorated, perfectly clean, nice views from the windows, beds comfy, and teakettle on point! I enjoyed the extra coffee and tea. It was an easy walk to Yale campus. I was sad to leave at the end. 10 stars out of 5!

    While staying in New Haven for a couple of weeks at Christmas time my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at a Hyatus property. The apartment was in a new building with wonderful amenities and parking! The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped for cooking. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend our Christmas away from our home. We are already planning on booking another stay at this property when we return to New Haven in the spring.

    The parking was far (it is 3 to 4 minutes walk) from the apartment but when you have kids, it is not convenient or safe. The parking was open and I did not feel safe when I arrived late at the place. TBH the parking was a bit shady and there was no indication at the description that the parking was at a different location. But for adults it should not be a problem. The apartment was clean and well equipped. But amenities such as billiards, gaming room are difficult to access.

    This was amazing place to stay at. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. The host checked up on me made sure I was comfortable. If I had any questions she was always on it, the communication was great. I had stayed for the new years. Unfortunately, lost a family member. The host was very accommodating the whole time. Very sweet and hands on. I wold definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
