Amazing place to stay and great location! Checking in and out was super smooth, the place was immaculately cleaned (which is of upmost importance to me!!) and just a few minutes walk to all the great spots! I would definitely recommend.

Summary: we used new haven as a hub to travel to other places and while we didn’t enjoy the city of new haven as much as we thoug I liked: the building and apartment were immaculate. extremely quiet and relaxing and the rooftop area was a nice bonus I did not like:

Great stay! Incredibly clean. There is the hospital near by and construction as well. Didn’t bother us at all but if someone is sensitive to sounds it would. The gym is awesome! Very close so Yale which was fun to walk around.

This is a terrific, high-end condo that makes for a very comfortable stay. The condo is a large open space, with comfortable space and a great bath. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Amenities at the condo building are super. Nice coffee bar, great gym, super secure and convenience parking garage. If you need a place to crash in New Haven, or are looking for a longer term spot--this is it. Walking distance to great restaurants, to Yale campus. I would definitely return.

Great place. Spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. Comfy bed and large bathroom. The building has many great amenities, including work stations, a pool, and a game room. Close to the train station and Yale. I would highly recommend.

Great luxury Airbnb in a convenient location. The bed and bedroom were so nice that I slept through my alarm twice on checkout day and barely made it out by 11am. They even sent us a complimentary bottle of their favorite beverage since we were in New Haven for my gf‘s birthday. Overall an excellent home and excellent service.

This place is beautiful and exactly as pictured! It had all the great amenities of home. Building was very quiet and convenient to the center of downtown New Haven. Just blocks away from Yale and all the restaurants, shops, etc. near the college. Our contact (Jhanice) was great and extremely responsive when we had questions or were looking for recommendations in the area. Definitely recommend and will stay with Hyatus again!

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
