Such a luxurious apartment! Parking was super easy, apartment was clean, & bed was so comfy!

I thought the unit at Parkside was really well taken care of and we got every and any thing we needed because it was either already there or brought to us as soon as someone could get there.. Greatly appreciated the view of the park, floor to ceiling windows, the quiet and the privacy. The furnishings were adequate and clean. Our unit looked exactly like the picture and yay for the gas stove, washer/dryer in the unit and latte making Keurig! we stayed for 14 days and couldn't have had a better stay for the price Nd the value.

I and my family had a wonderful and happy stay in New Haven, Connecticut. The room was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the facilities in the club house. Thank you for all the detail instructions, great, rapid and helpful customer service from Jhanice. And thank you for the message from Daisy, the housekeeping manager. I could feel that the team from Hyatus do care each guest a lot. I appreciate that.

This apartment was amazing for our stay in New Haven. In walking distance from so many restaurants, bars and all kinds of other entertainment. We went to NYC for 2 days and the train was just minutes away from our apartment. The space was modern, clean and cozy! The pool area was quiet and well maintained. They latte/espresso machine in the lobby was a huge bonus. My son grabbed a hot chocolate every time we passed through ?? Checking in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was on point! We will definitely be back soon!! Chrissy (Wisconsin)

Don’t hesitate a second to book this stay! This place is beautiful. Comfortable and super-clean. Also very safe. The hosts have thought of everything. You could move right in and feel like you are staying in your home away from home. And the amenities are out of this world. The parking space is a game-changer and it is very convenient to the highways and downtown New Haven.

Everything was super clean, luxurious, spacious, comfortable and easy. The communication is so clear and rapid that you feel like they are looking out for you. We loved our stay.

It is clean, well located, well appointed and sunny. The building is great too. The icing on the cake is how the company communicates and gets back with you quickly. Will rent again when in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect place to stay before settling into my apartment in the city. I stayed here with my parents when I moved to New Haven from the UK. The instructions and communication were clear, the apartment was beautiful and it was a comfortable two weeks, thank you.
