The apartment was absolutely beautiful in a great location! It fit the pictures and the amenities were great. The building was quiet and clean. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was full of useful utensils! Other than the upstairs neighbor that sounded like they were auditioning for stomp the yard all day it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely consider staying again!

Expect a great homey space , good food in the area and access to all the stores just a few minutes away

My Girlfriend and I were looking for a place for a staycation and we are extremely happy with staying here. Hyatus's place was super clean , the location is very convenient , accessing the apartment was simple and quick. The apartment complex has many things to offer aside from the actual apartment we stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

Hyatus must be your #1 choice in new haven

Everything about this AirBnb was TOP NOTCH! I appreciated that it’s not lived in an reserved specifically for guests. It was literally like being in a 4 star hotel that was an apartment. The layout was comfortable for my small family of 3 (we have a 2 year old), the bed was beyond comfortable, tv options to log into and stream were plentiful and the place was stylish as hell. I took a ton of pictures to search for some things on Pinterest (lol). Since we’re still living in a “Covid world” we weren’t looking to do much but the area was nice to drive through the Yale campus and also has plenty of food options (even if you’re only doing take out). We actually left 2 bags when we left by mistake and had to coordinate with the staff to get it back the same day (thank goodness we don’t live far). The response was immediate and extremely helpful. Being that we’re not comfortable with flying right now, it couldn’t have been a better place to stay for a quick local vacation. Highly recommended and we will be back in the Spring when we can walk around more. Thank You! The Merceds

If your looking to stay near YNHH or Yale Med school the location is perfect. Brand new, clean, spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
