Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Beautiful, great amenities, peaceful and private. Squeaky clean and comfortable – a perfect weekend spot.

It's not the nicest part of New Haven, but not far from it, either.

Great spot, worth the price for all the amenities!

Great job - easy, clean, everything as promised

Great place to stay and very clean lodging and they take security seriously. Wished there were more walkable eateries nearby but they are still a short distance away.

The apartment was perfect and the communication was impeccable. The beds were super comfortable and the small touches like toothbrushes were very thoughtful. It was very clean—spotless even! I felt very secure and safe. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a minute! Thank you!

My family and I are always searching for places for a relaxing getaway. The stay with Hyatus in New Haven was absolutely perfect. My hard to entertain 13 and 8 year old loved the amenities such as indoor bowling, shuffle board, Air Hockey, billiards, and more. Sometimes you go on vacation and you’re stuck with just a pool but not here. My kids didn’t complain once and were excited to try everything. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great and the pillows were the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The blackout curtains insured that we could get a great sleep in after a busy day. The location is great too. With easy in and out garage privileges you’re basically 4-5 minutes away from anything you’d want to see by car. I’m sure you could easily walk it too if that’s your thing. I should mention that the complex itself was outstanding. Nobody bothers you and it’s quiet. If you want a quick getaway with the family don’t hesitate to book.

Summary: Great once settled in. I liked: Beautiful and secure. Close to Yale. I did not like: Check in involved a multitude of key fobs that ironically were in the apartment.

Summary: I liked: Timely communication upfront and during the checkin process, excellent step-by-step guide made the arrival easy to both the apartment and the garage. I did not like:

I recently had a truly magical stay. The service was better than any hotel, and the host even allowed us to extend our stay last minute. The location was perfect, surrounded by everything we needed. The rooftop was amazing, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

Excellent experience, very clean and easy check in and out instructions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This suite was fantastic. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to stretch out, and the furnishings were perfect. We stayed 6 nights and still didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the amenities. You could book this stay, never leave the building, and never get bored. This was definitely beyond our expectations! As soon as I figure out how to search for other Hyatus stays, they will be my first go-to.
