I had a fantastic stay. The apartment was fully stocked with bathroom necessities, coffee and a water filter pitcher in the kitchen and was nice and clean upon arrival. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Absolutely recommend.

It was a good place. The building was a luxury apartment. Hyatus could have better help online serving the deaf community but they are very responsive over the phone.

Great apartment in downtown New Haven! Loved how close the building was to Yale New Haven Hospital…just a few blocks away and to get on the highway. A short drive to Yale University, great restaurants and coffee shops! Hyatus staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay! Will definitely be returning.

Taten I liked: The property was amazing- it lived up to our expectations and the photos were the same in real life. The amenities were good and the customer service was superb! Summary: Excellent design, instant home, great value I liked: Everything about the apartment is clean, modern, with considered elegance and good taste. The apartment feels like instant home, and is furnished with great amenities. Every need is thought of and the self directed checkin and checkout with ever responsive staff for all queries, makes it easy and smooth. I did not like: The only thing that works slightly against the apartment is that it is located in a slightly industrial looking neighbourhood with construction and roads around it. But that doesn't affect the interiors. If you don't like walking, it is a bit of a walk from new haven downtown, but getting taxis was easy. The apartment looks over a parking lot, but it means that it was quiet.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
