The room was as pictured. Clean and well appointed. Amenities were nice and well maintained. We used the pool, lounge area, billiards. Trash disposal was convenient and parking garage was a nice bonus.

Summary: The price we paid done not match the reality at all , it’s a total ripoff. I liked: Nothing I did not like: Soundproofing in this apartment is extremely poor. the floors are not clean. There is only one bathroom in the apartment, and whenever one person uses it, everyone else can hear everything. It’s called luxury apartments, but it’s poor value for money.

Amazing area to stay. very safe and great food/cafe options. T train is just out the door, super convenient. Orange line is safe to travel. Regarding the unit, I had few issues like missing some necessity, but overall, unit is very spacious and good sunlight big windows. Great clean kitchen appliances and utensils. Washer/Dryer in unit is good plus point. I had issue with the lock, but got handled somehow. Host was responsive.

I Loved that the apartment was exactly as pictured. it was super clean and comfortble. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the daily thuds and noises coming from the upstairs apartment.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
