Clean apartment. Friendly Staff.

Summary: Worst Stay on Booking I liked: Nothing I did not like: 1. The unit 423 was not clean. Pet smell all over covered by cheap air fresher. . All curtains were dusty. 2. Location was very noisy. Hospital ambulance and high way traffic noisy every few minutes 3. The sofa in living was throw away, no basic support and occupy half of the living room and basically we can’t use the living room. Sofa doesn’t look like the pic at all. 4.we checked out early. We should have checked out first day…

Enjoyed my stay! Beautiful apartment and the host was so helpful. Wanted to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire stay.

Overall this place was amazing, I really enjoyed the stay. Being able to walk downtown was incredible, the amenities are wonderful along with the decor. The place was very clean and the staff kept checking in with emails making sure my stay was going according to plan. The place was equipped for a very comfortable stay, I loved it.

Fantastic experience the coffee machine came in clutch especially for my early morning work days

Had an absolutely amazing time staying at Hyatus! I was over in the Maddox building and loved the amenities that were offered. It was a great experience using the gyms over at ParkPlace and The Aura. The Movie theatre room, bowling alley, and virtual golf course were such a blast to use this past week. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if im back in New Haven.

This was a perfect place to stay while staying in the city solo for a conference. The apartment was beautiful and stocked with amenities, accessible to the city, and private yet not solitary (which I wanted) given the nature of the apartment community. The apartment community amenities are awesome too! Tatenda was my Hyatus rep and they were attentive, friendly, and quickly responsive. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay, we were just outside of the city and felt super safe and relaxed. The amenities are incredible and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive! Will stay again in future Boston visits.

This was a beautiful place with nice amenities. It’s clean and incredibly quiet. All the necessities were provided. Tatenda was an excellent host, always quick to respond. Loved the onsite parking. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and convenient at a fair price. Perfect for an average family of four. Highly recommended if exploring the New Haven, CT area. We appreciated the ability to park in the garage.
