Summary: I liked: Place was clean and new. Stuff was very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We forgot some expensive clothes in the unit . They shipped it back to us the next day! I did not like: The was an issue with information how to get to our unit. Parking is hard to find . We ended up leaving our car at valet parking at the hotel around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was spotless, cozy, and had a great vibe from the moment I walked in. Everything was well-organized and exactly as pictured, which made settling in super easy. The host was friendly, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, with plenty of options nearby. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Summary: Not a luxury apartment by any stretch of imagination I liked: The staff spoke in a welcoming and polite way. At first glance, the apartment appears clean and well-maintained, but once you open the washer/dishwasher/fridge. The kitchen appears to be well-equipped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms seem well-appointed. There were complimentary tooth brushes, tooth pastes, and shower caps, but no bottled water! I did not like: We stayed in apartment 509, a two-bedroom on the fifth floor. The check-in process is convoluted with guests' headshots taken from all angles as if you were a criminal. For Hyatus, your credit card is not enough--this tells me the place is not used to distinguished guests. The five-minute check-in video is not just unhelpful; it is misleading and a waste of time. There is no designated parking space, despite what is shown (that building has no designated spots--anyone can park anywhere), and luggage carts are nearly impossible to find because they are not returned to the lobby. Second, the cleanliness and housekeeping are really poor: visible hair, dirty appliances (washer, dishwasher, refrigerator all had stains or gunk), unclean shower curtains, and signs of rushed or careless cleaning are what we dealt with after an exhausting trip (I took many pictures) before cleaning and disinfecting everything. Also, the trash bins had no liners (we had to find and put them in), no toilet paper in place, and overall, it was not ready for check-in. Third and most important, its misleading “luxury” claim: Uncomfortable dining setup, impractical furniture, no workspace (no desk anywhere), allergen-filled tight couches, and poor soundproofing with terrible noise of traffic, construction, sirens, and trains making it hard to sleep or function. I took videos and pictures of this as well. Will see what all I can add. Uncomfortable stay for working guests: Internet stopped working after the first day, and there are no essential stores or restaurants within walking distance, making the stay inconvenient. There were no water bottles in our room either.

We enjoyed our visit to the area. The apartment was very clean, organized and was the right amount of space we needed. The host was very responsive to inquiries and very welcoming. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Summary: A great place to stay with responsive staff. I liked: Clean, spacious, attractive, good amenities ( liked the big gym and table shuffleboard), good bed & pillows. I did not like: A bit complicated getting in with codes and fobs but figured it out after a while. Loud washing machine.

Very responsive host, easy check in and check out. Very clean. Spacious and comfortable.

Summary: Good apartment and location. I liked: The location is great. safe area. The building is secure. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. Loved the free parking in the garage. The host, Tatenda, was very good at responding to messages. I did not like: The apartment is very basic for the price. The bathrooms have a stale odor. One of the shower drains was clogged. The water flow from the bathroom taps was minimal, and there was no hot water on the first night, which was resolved the second day. Credit to the host who was always nice and responded promptly. A bit disappointed with the cleanliness, as the first dinner plate had leftover food from the last use. The first night, the lobby was very loud with a group staying up until late in the morning. The same happened the next night when it seemed like someone was having a party on our floor, and it was very loud.

We had a very good experience staying on Tatenda with Hyatus. A modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable mattresses and spacious walk-in closets. The WiFi connection was very fast and stable. Warm apartment suitable for Boston’s cold weather. The hosts are excellent: responsive and helpful whenever we requested for sth eg new towels and always reply fast. Thanks for everything. I would highly recommend this place for staying!

The Hyatus Living really surprised us in a great way. This has been our first air bnb experience, my husband had to stay in Boston for a few weeks due to a surgery he had and we were very stressed about finding somewhere to stay. We are not from America and coming to the states not knowing the area finding an accommodation that would allow us to cook and get to shopping and the hospital quickly was especially essential. The Hyatus property we rented was modern clean and had a lot of the necessary items needed for cooking. My husband was going to be on his own for a bit as I had to return home for work and then come back out to bring him home. The staff at the location and even the residents at the location were super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. It allowed my husband to be able to get around with his crutches to get fresh air, get yummy dishes from different restaurants and cafes, do a little shopping for himself at some name brand stores and even get a haircut. The area was safe and clean and had a hospital center next to the accommodation. The Hyatus staff were easily accessible via text or phone and were so friendly and professional. I would definitely use this accommodation again and I have already recommend this stay to others.

The rooms are spacious and clean, kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook.
