Great apartment to enjoy a quiet escape and ensure it has all the amenities. Service of the staff was extremely accommodating. Parking is also a huge advantage but only if you have an issued key fob. I didn’t have this luxury and had to pay across the street which they were able to reimburse for but also when I did have access. I had to call the garage security and constantly speak with a tech, explain the situation and call out the same data over and over. For both entering and exiting. Bottom line, make sure they issue you a garage key before accepting anything. Or else parking is going to be a hassle for you. Other than that rest of stay was up to expectations

Great building, close to Yale but not in the best neighborhood (we were only comfortable walking alone to/from the hospital during daylight hours). Unit had some issues including not matching the photos and descriptions, cheap and not enough linen (no kitchen towels, only a few small bath and hand towels, no washcloths, no top sheets or extra sheets (and the one that was on my bed slipped off EVERY night)), badly damaged flooring, and a crappy washer/dryer that didn’t clean well and ate multiple items of clothing due to a gap between the tub and the housing. Many issues were attended to by the VERY kind and responsive Hyatus staff, but overall it was a disappointment. Looked like a luxury listing in a luxury building, but was neglected and in need of quite a bit of care and maintenance. Also it was SO HOT even in the dead of winter that with the heat turned off and windows open (which let in the city noise) I still had to go buy fans to be able to sleep comfortably. GREAT parking!

Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luxury Furnished Apartments by Hyatus Boston! The location could not have been better—being right on the MBTA Orange Line made getting into downtown Boston incredibly easy. But what we didn’t expect was how much we would fall in love with the Assembly Row neighborhood itself. With so many great restaurants, shops, and a convenient grocery store all within walking distance, we actually found ourselves coming back from the city just to enjoy dinner there because it was that good and easy. The apartment itself was perfect for our family. Having a full kitchen and dishwasher made everything feel so comfortable and convenient, and the two-bedroom layout gave us plenty of space to relax. The beds were also incredibly comfortable—always a huge plus when traveling! What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional service. My son accidentally left a shirt behind, and the team went out of their way to mail it back to us. That level of care and kindness meant so much. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area!

Lived up to expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer short term place to stay. Management was very accommodating.
