From the moment of interest and booking, there was clear and kind communication. Upon arrival, instructions were descriptive (even included a helpful video for check in) and there was proactive and constant communication. The building was beautiful, clean, and quiet. We spent some time on the second floor which is where the pool table, gym, and outside patio are. The lobby attendant/doorman was so friendly. The apt was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and had everything needed (as listed in the description). The apt was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Philly. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay, the building is beautiful, easy to check in and check out. tons of amenities, very clean and great service from the host. Would recommend this listing for anyone interested in visiting new haven

This is the third time staying at this Airbnb and it is always very nice and clean and great communication. Our son lives in Stamford and we love having a great place to stay while in town. The location is excellent and in walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I am sure we will be back again .

I had a wonderful stay. The unit was spacious and well designed which made me feel like I was at home away from home. The bathroom was really spacious and the soaking tub was big enough for me to actually relax in (I'm 6'2). The property itself was very cool and had some great amenities.

This place was very clean, private and just a great place to stay. I was here for two weeks and I had no issues. The host was super responsive with any questions that I had. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely be coming back.
