Great place to stay and definitely met my expectations!

Great apartment and very forthcoming company and staff. Very close to hospital in an area with many new appartments. Short walk to downtown. Not many food options or a supermarket on the doorstep but the convenience of the complex w parking, gym, cleaning service and especially the ease of interaction with the Hyatus team makes this a great choice. Thanks a lot.

Great value for the money. Secure parking garage, all amenities were as advertised. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Host allowed an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent, instructions were clear and precise. Overall, this was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use Hyatus properties in the future.

This place is exactly what we needed. The stay was very comfortable and the amenities were great. The host is very kind and transparent. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

The house is very modern, fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable, and high-class. The entire building is very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and mostly young people live there. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

We are a large family and have had multiple problems with rentals for our week long Christmas stays in the past. This was the first rental where things were generally outstanding for our group. Tatenda was a pleasure to deal with and was available for any questions and on top of any problems. The house is a great choice for a large group with plenty of bedrooms and gathering spaces. A few more chairs for the dining room table would be a good addition but we were able to find things in the house to make it work. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery for a big group but not enough larger pots/pans or serving plates/bowls if the group is cooking on premises. We had already encountered these issues at other rentals, and brought our own. Also, when we arrived there was nothing in the house but coffee and a few spices. There was no oil, or even salt, so be prepared. Besides these minor inconveniences, we were very comfortable, had a fabulous time, and all look forward to coming back!

Stayed at this beautiful place for a few days with my family. The space was great,comfortable and super convenient. It had everything you could possibly need. Location was good because it was easy to get to anywhere in Boston within 15-20 min drive. Host was super responsive and friendly so I recommend it 100%!

Upon arriving, I had to call to get access to the key lockbox because the code they gave me didn’t work, and there was a mix up with the description and placement of the garage and room keys. It took me 3 phone calls and 45 minutes to get into the room after arriving. Once I got to the room, it smelled strongly like onions and….something else I couldn’t quite place. I left all three windows open for days in 20 degree weather but the smell lingered up until I checked out. You could clearly hear stomping and music from the floor above, the area rug in one of the rooms was too big, so they just bunched it up under the bed which is a tripping hazard. The duvet cover on the bed had an opening right across the middle which didn’t fasten, and no flat sheets were provided, so your skin is in contact with the duvet within, which defeats the purpose of the cover. Also, the linen closet we were supposed to have access to was locked. Confused by all of the 5 star reviews honestly.
