We had a great stay over the holidays. Everything was very well explained, the place was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Communication with Tatenda was easy and smooth. By car, all amenities and attractions were within 15–20 minutes, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Summary: Neighbor overhead stoped Alway and all night as well as dragging furniture across the floor. Constantly I liked: I liked the apt, the locks and security I did not like: The garage was not covered and they didn’t shovel the snow and ice which lasted weeks. When I asked about them salting these areas I was not given the acknowledgement as I was”Hyannis” and not a perm resident. I walk with a cane. Have a new hip and need a new knee. Had I fallen after that treatment, I would have taken them to court. Is that really worth the chance instead of salting the area? Laziness to me.

Clean, comfortable, lots of amenities. Tatenda was great throughout. The people at the front door to the building were always extremely welcoming, even though I don’t think they work for Hyatus. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

Cleaning good although some of the furniture and carpets show a lot of wear for a new building. Definitely would stay there again.

Spent the week here. The building was super quiet at all times mostly because there were many unoccupied apartments to rent. Parking in the garage was a huge benefit as there is only 2 hour meter parking on the street. The mall is within walking distance as was the Cheesecake Factory and many other restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Hyatus Living was perfect for our family of four in White Plains. It was very easy to check in given that it is a self check-in with a flexible arrival time. We appreciated having the kitchen with living area, the washer dryer in the apartment, as well as the gym, pool and other amenities on site.

Wonderful apartment near Cambridge and Boston. Clean and comfy with upscale appliances, fast wifi, and garage parking with EV chargers. Host was responsive and proactive. Instructions for entry were clear. A+

It was a good stay the people were friendly that I had to deal with, but my apartment was in a building owned by a separate property management company. There was some times I almost missed packages because if this. Overall it was a nice clean well kept and equipped apartment unit; it is in a convenient location next to downtown and near to Yale New Haven Hospital where I worked on assignment

Our family was traveling in the. Boston area for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient. The apartment was in a new residential apartment building that had some really nice amenities and conveniences like private parking. The rooms were nice and clean and were represented well in the pictures. Our host was extremely responsive and professional. Check-in was extremely easy. Overall a very nice stay, would recommend if you’re looking to stay just outside of the city of Boston. It was only about a 15-20 uber ride.
