Apartment as described. Not provided with fresh sponge, there was a used one which is not acceptable for use. No extra sheets for pull out bed we had to call them and ask to bring some the next morning. Worst of all, someone opened the door to the apartment while we were in it without knocking. We were told it was a cleaning mistake, but never were sure and gave us an unsafe feeling.

Great place, would 100% stay again

Couldn’t have been better. Was clean, safe, large, fairly well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes and cookware. Lots of space, good WiFi, tv with all the channels. Lovely outdoor area. Perfect.

Immaculate room and building! The towels and linens smelled freshly laundered and the host supplied small toiletries (one of which I forgot to bring and were thankful for having). There’s an automatic cappuccino maker in the lobby that was a godsend. The indoor parking garage accommodated our one car and it felt very secure. Great location to restaurants and stores, everything you need is within a 5 minute drive really. We took Ubers downtown since a few people mentioned women shouldn’t walk alone at night, but as a group, we never felt threatened or even moderately uncomfortable. We mostly saw young working professionals and the bars were upscale, so we all felt more than safe - even at night! The host was proactive and responded quickly. I would have adored an early check in or late check out, but understand that’s not always available so that didn’t affect my rating at all. Overall, excellent! I’d absolutely stay again!

The apartment was super clean and the building is very nice. It smelled very intensely of cleaning supplies in the apartment so if you’re very sensitive to strong scents it could be a bit much. We were able to open some windows and get some fresh air in which helped. The place had everything we needed!

Key box was difficult. Not enough towels for 4 people. It was rectified but on the last 12 hrs of our stay.

Lovely place I would come again.
