Good 1BR apartment for visiting Yale School of Medicine, quiet, as described.

From booking, Sarah was very communicative. Booking, check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were provided with all of the necessary step by step instructions to make sure there were no issues. We were traveling to Salem to celebrate a 60th birthday/girls trip and the rental was perfect. Everything was clean and they even provided extras (such as toiletries) incase you forgot to pack anything. We will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to Salem.

Summary: I liked: The room was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Building and parking are very secure and quiet. Romm had everything we needed! Washer and dryer, Full fridge, oven, microwave, and even a dishwasher. Location was awesome! I did not like: The only negative was that there were only 4 coffee pods. Would have appreciated a couple more?

Great apartment with comfortable beds in a good location! The host was very responsive for any questions. The included washer and dryer was great. I was able to work remotely with no issues. Food and package delivery were easy. We walked 5 mins to the Common Ground coffee shop a few times for lunch. Great spot! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Hannah were outstanding, front desk folks especially!!

The host is extremely available and responsive and helped with all questions I had. The apt is modern and easily fit 5 of us. It was perfect for what we needed for a short-term furnished rental.

Nice stay. Would recommend and will stay here again when in the area. Host was very responsive. Loved the coffee bar. Enjoyed my stay

Great neighborhood to be in. Very convenient and clean apartment

We ended up having to extend a couple of times and Hyatus was very flexible and responsive. Throughout our stay, they were kind and always answered any questions very quickly and even refilled products when we ran out (since we ended up staying an extra couple of months). The place was very clean (including the building itself) and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The staff for the building was very kind and it was very safe. Excellent location with northern liberties and old city both so close (as well as the MFL). Enjoyable stay, I would recommend!

I flew from Idaho to New York for surgery and didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, so we booked Hyatus Luxury Residences. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for recovery. The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. If I ever have to fly back to New York, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again! ❤️
