Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Great place. Loved that it was two bedrooms and they each had their own bath. Host was quick to answer any questions.

Very clean and convenient location. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The property was neat and the owners were very responsive. The only thing we were surprised about was that the location of the apartment building was in a warehouse area that wasn’t the most attractive. However, it was in a good location for us to commute to Spaulding and check in and check out was easy.

Summary: I liked: The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with anything. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lot of restaurants and stores close by. I did not like:

Summary: I liked: Hyatus was perfect, the apartment had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. And the facilities on the ground level were excellent (gym and conference rooms). Awesome place for a short stay while visiting Harvard, MIT or Boston. Public transport was very handy too, the bus was just out the front. I did not like:

Perfect location and pristine conditions

The apartment building and the apartment itself were really nice. The walls are thin. The checkout process is easy and smooth. We really enjoyed having the ability to navigate via the Hyatus site, which included chat support. It was very walkable to many restaurants.

Highly RECOMMEND!! Well worth the price

A great location and the apartment was perfectly appointed. Well decorated, exceptionally clean and fantastic views. Sarah was always responsive to needs and questions. Would highly recommend and would return again in the future.

Thanks for a great stay. Sarah is an excellent communicator. We loved the apartment, it was beautiful, well furnished and in a fantastic location - really near the T. Communicable facilities and gym were also excellent. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and really loved this place. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful, and being able to watch the sunrise right from the room was definitely one of the highlights. The location was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, and the Orange Line just a short walk away, which made getting around Boston very easy. The building also has a great gym, which was a nice bonus. Sarah was a wonderful host—very responsive, thoughtful, and attentive both before and during our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed help, she responded quickly and helped us resolve things within minutes. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the Boston area. Highly recommended!
