Todo impecable. La verdad muy acogedor el lugar y el anfitrión proactivo y rápido para contestar. Si bien es lejos de Boston, está bien conectado.

Tatendas place was great. Clean and beautiful. Close to Boston and Salem.

Great place to stay! Very pretty inside and nice location

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It’s in an excellent location, just a short walk from Yale School of Medicine and Smilow Cancer Hospital. The building is quiet and feels very safe; I even arrived at night and walked from the station without any issues. The gym is a real highlight — well-equipped and usually empty — and the rooftop is a lovely bonus. The host team was kind and always responded quickly. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it saves you a lot of hassle and offers everything you need for a long stay.

Property was easy to find and getting inside quite easy. More than enough room for us. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for a few of us, but we adapted quickly to minimize our trips. Would probably have worked better for us if the bathroom with the walk-in shower was on the second floor, but again, overall not an issue. Lovely kitchen, had everything we needed, although we only cooked breakfast. Wine fridge was a plus. Walkable to a tavern for dinner and a whole-foods type grocery as well. Parking was good. They do need to replace that missing smoke detector upstairs! (I was quite surprised that ordinances do not require one in every bedroom in a rental unit, but I assume that is not required in Lambertville.) The host was very responsive to any questions, and went over and above when resolving the one (minor) issue we had regarding a missing supply. Instructions were clear and simple to follow. Will definitely consider renting this property again if we visit the area.

We stayed at this property for an extended period in September through late October and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is good with access to some great restaurants and public transportation. Our host, Tatenda, was very professional and prompt in her communication with us. We are booking another month long stay in November and looking forward to our stay then!

Visited Boston for a family trip to see historical sites. Apartment was very clean (new). Very tight for a family of 6 but we didn't mind because we only slept there at night. We did not use the kitchen space at all, but seemed stocked well enough if we needed to cook. Location is actually great. Cheaper than staying in downtown Boston and it was so convenient to have a parking space. And a great location to make some other short day trips without having to drive through downtown traffic. We drove into the city both days (30 min drive) and had no trouble finding a parking garage for the day. We thought at first we would do public transit but would have taken 1-1.5 hrs each way. This seems more like an up and coming neighborhood but plenty of places nearby to grab a quick (or long) breakfast. We ate dinner out in other places. Communication was smooth, they sent a check in video which was very helpful since we got in at 2am, I never would have figured it out otherwise! Apartment complex was very quiet, we hardly saw or heard another person, in fact I was more worried about my own kids being too loud! Management is very responsive with questions and check in/check out info.

Amazing place! Great hosts

I will start with saying… impressive! Lots of special touches such as the room darkening shades, Nespresso coffee pods, the automated light in the closet and full amenities. Place was super clean and cozy, not just within the apartment but the building itself, its surroundings. Great location, deli right across the street and around the corner from an upscale mall. Plenty of dining out options nearby as well. Getting around was great and having a parking was an absolute win! Tatenda was an absolute joy contacting as a Host. When simple questions came to mind… immediately responded. That makes staying away from home top notch. I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Tatenda foi incrível do começo ao fim. Todas as instruções de entrada e saída foram dadas com bastante antecedência e com clareza. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, muito bonito e bem equipado. Está em uma localização excelente, no bairro tem comércios e restaurantes. O condomínio é excelente. A localização para viajar para New York ou outras cidades também é excelente pois está perto da rodovia e da estação de trem. Realmente não tenho o que reclamar. Voltaria novamente com certeza e recomendo para quem quer visitar a região ou até usar como base para conhecer outras cidades próximas

The host was very responsive and very accommodating to requests to lengthen my stay, even giving me a discount. Very nice area that is new but there is quite a lot of construction and no parking for cars. The location is very convenient for good food in Harvard square and Allston as well as being close to the highway to downtown. Since the apartment was very new, they were performing fire alarm tests and intercom inspection in the morning and the photos that I saw at first were of renderings so they weren’t accurate. But as a whole, I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean 2 months stay! Would suggest!
