We only spent one night and despite a lot of the amenities being broken or missing pieces, the stay was great. Pool table had no usable sticks and was missing balls, board games having missing pieces, they said there should be fire wood and there was not as we were unable to drive to get more. Doors were unlocked when we got there. They were responsive and did acknowledge my concerns and disappointments. Otherwise, very beautiful house, plenty of space!!!

Good apartment . Lots of ameneties, nice well kept place

Ideal location for working Yale.

first and foremost they moved me because of the noise upstairs the pool was under renovation/construction this was not stated on the amenities list we stayed for 30 days and by the time we left from start to finish it was not complete,they moved me to a room that had been smoked in the offerd to move me and I accepted and the day of the move they told me the other apartment was no longer available for the move,they offered to clean in every 4 days and a reimbursement that up until today I have not received mind you the whole facility is non smoking.. very disappointed with the description and amenities and trasperancy will not recommend for a family with kids, if you get an apartment with someone above you you will hear everything poorly constructed building.

The location had 3 wonderful restaurants within walking distance, 2 Subway stops that were easy to get to, and a short ride to Cambridge or downtown. The apt was cute & the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped (although we didn’t use it much). Free parking is nice too. If we come back to Boston, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Overall, I had a great stay. The building and amenities were excellent, and the host was very proactive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. That said, the rental could have been better stocked for a longer stay—kitchen utensils were limited, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. The room itself was unusually humid, even for a high-humidity area, and I ended up purchasing a fan to make it more comfortable. In hindsight, the price felt a bit high compared to other units in the same building.

Summary: It was overall a pleasant stay especially after I understood the parking situation. It is on the pricier side but the am I liked: It was clean and modern. Check in was seamless. And the host thought of almost everything. I had what I needed and everything was clean and organized. I did not like: Parking was a bit of a nightmare on my first couple nights. Took quite a bit of navigating. Once you get used to it and know where there are open lots, it wasn’t so bad. It’s more of an issue for out-of-towners who aren’t familiar with the area.

This unit is simply amazing! Everything was exactly as posted on Vrbo. The quietness of the location was impeccable and the ambiance of the unit was absolutely needed! Definitely will be renting again! Love this location!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Wohnlich eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung. Zwei Bäder. Tolle Möglichkeiten, die allgemeinen Bereiche zu nutzen. Sowohl die Riesen-Lounge im Erdgeschoss, als auch den Bereich auf dem Dach.

Loved our stay, super nice building, great communication from host, and nice neighborhood. Will stay here again!
