Summary: It was just what our family needs in the interim . I liked: Every physical home item ( appliances) that a family needs was present in working order. Parking was convenient and safe. Access to the apartment was safe and top notch! Lobby area? 3 thumbs up I did not like: Nothing I can think of

Summary: Modern , comfortable, new building with awesome amenities (loved the game room!) I liked: Very well-supplied and furnished apt. that was also comfortable and quiet. I did not like: The only thing missing was a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Clean and well equipped. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Highly recommend this apartment! It's in a great location and the check in process was easy. The host is very responsive and sent detailed information prior to our arrival. It's spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The Asher is great…clean and new…great gym/roof deck pool and BBQ as well as a dedicated work floor and a game room (full floor) with golf simulator! The Hyatt’s staff was very quick to respond to any questions and super helpful. We’ve stayed here 3 times for a week or more each time and will stay here again

the place was great, the parking was easy. we used the pool and the pool table. walking to a great coffee shop. the gym had all new equipment. only stayed 2 nights. we will stay again for our next Boston trip. I liked the setup with bedrooms on either side of the living space. the bathrooms were huge. Very easy drive into Boston center. Tatenda responded in minutes.

The apartment was great. The only advice I would give is to prepare the place with a higher quantity of must have items (i.e., paper towels, bathroom hand soap, wash cloths) for people staying for longer stays). That said, the place was as pictured, safe, and comfortable.

Apartment itself is excellent. The amenities were top quality. Full size washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. The building is like a lot of new buildings, paper thin. You can hear footsteps above. There is a new building smell as well, paint and other smells. The view from the apartment was a construction site, not of the courtyard with the swimming pool. Gym was more than adequate. Parking is an added bonus even though more often than not someone would park in our designated spot. We would have to contact the host to find us another parking spot. Tatenda was extremely helpful and responsive.

East Coast Living! Place was perfect! Checking in was great! Thanks for sending all the information I needed. I figured out the trash (tied bag needed - take Right when leaving the apartment), relocking door on exit, parking garage spot (G1) is a far spot if you have groceries (Canvas Bags needed). I'm glad I didn't rent a truck or Jeep! The elevator system was a little tricky, always use the 'Dual/Side by Side' elevators (take Left when leaving apartment). Very nice place! I'm from New York, so the traffic on Church Street doesn't bother me; soothing. lol Saturday and Sunday traffic was busy. Visit Lighthouse Point park (Busy Sundays) and try Barcelona's restaurant (Paella is the BEST!) I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Keep up the GREAT work! Peace, Charles Jr

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and onsite parking garage was nice.

I've been booking this apartment for year now and it's one of my favorite spots. Always so clean. Always the perfect stay.
