Summary: Not exactly all the luxury I expected. I liked: Common areas were very nice, especially the gym. I did not like: The floor in the apt was very dirty! I spilled something and the papper towel I used to clean it came up black! Also, every night someone would hammer something in a nearby apt.

We stayed here for a week while attending a university camp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment and building were new, clean, and the coworking space was a great feature. Being on a higher floor was also a plus. The neighborhood is still developing, so there isn't much nearby besides a couple of cafés. Unless you walk 15 minutes or a shart Cab ride. The apartment felt smaller than the photos suggested. It would be fine for a short stay, but after few days it felt cramped for two adults. The lack of a closet or storage for clothes was the biggest downside, and the bed was a bit small for two adults. Overall, it's a nice, modern place. We'd stay again, but would choose a larger unit or place close to established neighborhood next time.

Summary: Fabulous apartment - very luxurious and comfortable I liked: Fabulous apartment. This is a high end apartment with fabulous facilites. The fixtures and fittings were very good quality. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. A lovely big bathroom. We made use of the well stocked kitchen, and the washing machine. The property also has access to a an outside pool, a games room including a bowling alley, free coffee machine and a large gym and roof terrace. We were incredibly happy with everything. I did not like: Nothing.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Lore! It was a perfect set up and had everything we needed for our family including our daughter and dog. The outdoor space was very pet friendly with spaces for bathroom breaks close by and a walking path. We, unfortunately, weren't able to try the pool because it seemed to close around 8pm and we were often out and about before then. The unlocking and locking the door had a learning curve but once we figured it out, we had no issues.The host was very helpful with all questions during our stay and got back to me very quickly each time. It was a beautiful and clean apartment, we would love to go back!

This was such an amazing stay. Not just the pristine spaces, but the WONDERFUL hosts. They were wilding accommodating when we ran into travel delays. The apartment and the building were an oasis. The perfect spot to explore Boston and tour colleges.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
