The apartment was perfect! Clean, beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything you needed. Downside...had Amazon orders that I thought you would dropped off inside the front door but there is a mail room, you need a key pass to access the room. Found out when I seen the delivery truck pulled up outsisde and was unloading packages in a door next to the front entrance. Uber drivers constantly going to the building down from this unit, which is a different address #....be sure to state that it is the JADE Building. TV remotes need batteries. Small issues, no big deal. Would stay there again, loved the unit!

Felt very safe Booking was for five people there were only three towels and two wash cloths had to wash the entire time so we all had availability

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay with Hyatus in Salem, MA! Sarah was great and made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you, Sarah, for a great stay!

It was great for a mother of 2 traveling for work and needed a nice respite. It was a bit pricey and while the check in process was described well it was still a bit of a lift. They did have everything needed.

This was my first time taking my siblings on a trip and using Airbnb, the experience was great! Hyatus had everything I needed and more! Sarah proactively gave me clear instructions for check in, check out, local restaurants, and put my mind at ease with any questions with a quick response. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A lot of windows to let in light and fresh air made it feel very peaceful. Two large bathrooms, full body mirrors in bedrooms made getting ready easy. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and dishes for cooking. We slept great with TV’s in the living room and bedrooms, adjustable thermostat, very quiet, high quality curtains to block out light. Located only about 10 minutes from downtown Salem, I felt more comfortable driving and finding parking since there was 5 of us but, you could easily uber if you wanted to.

This apartment was a cozy, clean, safe, and peaceful environment. Comfortably fits 5 guests. Host was very quick to respond and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Summary: I liked: Having the amenities of home like a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer I did not like: Air didn't work, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and shower towels. Had request after arrival. The air worked for 1 night and never worked again. It was reported but never taken care of during our stay. 1 window was left open with the screen hanging and another window had a busted handle. The location was sketchy. Per locals, it was a bad place to be. It was advertised as luxury, i wouldn't label it as that.

Sarah has a beautiful condo. Loved the golf simulator and shooting some pool in the evening. Sarah was very responsive. Nice restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as expected. The host was proactive and communicative, providing clear instructions for both check in and check out, which made everything smooth and hassle free. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Sarah was a great host. Great communication with check in instructions, helpful when we made requests for towels and an extra blanket, and very responsive. Most exceptional of all is that I asked ahead of time if the kitchen would have basic baking pans, bowls, and measuring cups because my college student misses baking, and Sarah made sure that we had what we needed. It made our visit for family weekend all the more special because we could stay together in a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The gym and indoor and outdoor common spaces were nice. Garage parking is included with rental. Location does seem car dependent.
