Wonderful spot, close to campus. Tatenda was an excellent and highly responsive host!

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

Tatenda was a great host, communicating clearly and helping me to get early check-in when it became available. The unit is spacious and had all the amenities I hoped to find. I was especially grateful for the privacy shades that allowed sunlight in but kept streetlights out. The floor and walls were thinner than expected, so a brief crying baby and the neighbor getting out of bad came through clearly in before the sound subsided. I most appreciated how easy the stay felt. I could relax, get respite, do work when needed, and take a simple walk around the neighborhood too. I highly recommend the place.

Wir waren auf einer Geschäftsreise und waren auch nicht zum ersten Mal dort. Das Haus ist super Parkplatz und man hat seine Ruhe. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen .

One of the great properties and great hosts we met in recent years!

Had a wonderful time here with our group of 7. It’s a great space for a group. We were here for a writing retreat and love working on the porch. Great places for us to gather and relax and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings. Beautiful places! Loved watching the creek and listening to it at night!

Great place to stay! Whenever I’m back in Philly, I hope this place is available!

Amazing

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful condo. Everything was clean and new and it was beautifully decorated. Event the pull out bed was comfortable. The location was fine and a short walk to food and site-seeing. Parking was a super bonus - easy to access the garage and many parking spaces open. Also the facility is lovely. There is a large community room with big screen TV, billiard's, and an outdoor patio with comfortable seating, grill, firepit, etc. My only complaints are that we only got one key fob to enter/exit the building for our group, and that the pool was "closed for the season" despite being advertised, i.e. Lux apartment with pool... Overall it was a lovely stay and Tatenda - our host, was great - super helpful and responsive.
