Beautiful spot in New Haven, with lots of good restaurants around.

This place was amazing!! They provided us with a video for an easy check in. The parking spot is right near the building and it was super convenient! There are a lot of restaurants around 10 minutes away from the place which were really good. Overall a great stay and we can’t wait to go back :)

We had such a wonderful time at the house. The host was responsive and always helped whenever I needed it. Everything was beautiful and cozy!

This was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. It is spotless, with modern amenities and appliances, and a beautiful, contemporary design. The building offers so many wonderful benefits like a well-equipped gym and free coffee beverages. We hated to leave, and hope to stay here again on our next trip to visit our son at Yale.

excellent apartment good amenities and good host enjoyed staying and didn't want to leave highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was only about a 12 minute walk from Chapel street and Union station.

We had an amazing stay at this neat, clean, and fun place! The property was beautifully maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and having a good time. We’ll definitely recommend this spot to friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to coming back ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great spot, quaint town

Deceivingly large house! Super clean, well appointed. Great restaurants within walking distance

Second time booking at this location, me and my wife loved it !

Overview of our stay

Overall, the unit was spotless and the building itself is very well kept. That being said, we do have some constructive feedback we would like to share. 1) The garage was very convenient to the unit; however, the parking spots were entirely too small for an SUV and seemed as though they were constructed only for compact cars. 2) in the common area the small of marijuana was so overwhelming it was impossible to use that space. The building manager needs to address that issue as it is not everyone’s cup of tea.
