This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet and secure building. Would highly recommend. Instructions for check-in were clear and host was extremely responsive. It was perfect for our brief, holiday stay.

Perfect base to explore New Haven
Our 4 adults & a sm dog, needed at least 3 BR & plenty of beds. This apt was perfect. Spacious, clean, well laid out, in a good location, minutes from the train. When coming back to New Haven we will stay here again.

the place was upscale modern, the decor was beautifully done and most Airbnb's we stay with the host provide starter amenities like toilet paper,etc. I brought extra because you need more things like dishwashing liquid, etc during your stay. It was all available to you, so I only brought groceries which was nice. the place was extremely clean and just wonderfully laid out. Tatenda was extremely responsive to all of our needs which we really appreciated. the level of attentiveness by the staff at Hyatus was exceptional, we highly recommend staying with them and the gym had everything we needed. We are heavily into fitness and most places we stay don't invest anything into a fitness area. I loved the gym at Hyatus and you can access it 24/7, it had everything!

It was a good stay the people were friendly that I had to deal with, but my apartment was in a building owned by a separate property management company. There was some times I almost missed packages because if this. Overall it was a nice clean well kept and equipped apartment unit; it is in a convenient location next to downtown and near to Yale New Haven Hospital where I worked on assignment

Our family was traveling in the. Boston area for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient. The apartment was in a new residential apartment building that had some really nice amenities and conveniences like private parking. The rooms were nice and clean and were represented well in the pictures. Our reserved parking spot was taken twice, but we contacted the host and they got us another parking spot immediately. Our host was extremely responsive and professional. Check-in was extremely easy. Overall a very nice stay, would recommend if you’re looking to stay just outside of the city of Boston. It was only about a 15-20 uber ride.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.
