Very safe. Clean. Great amenities. Centrally located.

We stayed at the house for a bachelorette party with 11 girls. The house was clean, modern and perfect for our large group. Everyone in our group made comments about how nice our house was. We did have one little hiccup with the air conditioning but Tatenda was extremely responsive and they went out and purchased air conditioning units to make sure we stayed cool! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Family Getaway 2024

The house was perfect size for our family. We loved the dining room where everyone can sit and enjoy breakfast and dinner. The play room was perfect for the kids. Great space for large families.

It was such a beautiful and cozy place. The building had so many amenities and everything was new. If we visit New Haven again, we will definitely stay here.

I highly recommend this place! The amenities were so nice! We went swimming, played pool, checked out the theater room. Everyone was super nice. The building feels brand new and the apartment smells so good. Beds are comfy, kitchen is nice, linens are soft. This could have been my favorite Airbnb for far…

Everything you need in this house. Lots of room and space to do lots of things. Very happy with our stay!

When I hear "Luxury" I don't see this place to be honest. I've stayed at Luxury Hotels / Air BnBs before, I travel A LOT. I expected clean, smell good, and updated fixtures. Every apartment I've stayed at, before move in, they DEEP clean the space. Apt 312, the Carpet cleaning was NOT a thing here. it was pretty ... ew. I stayed with socks and sandals the entire time. There were crumbs under the couch in the living room, the couch was OLD and looked it. I laid a towel on the couch so I can sit on it... The apt smelled very bad and i had to get 2 candles for the rest of my stay. The bathroom was nice and big . The tubs lining was broken and coming apart, looks like someone tried to plaster it but very badly. The shower curtain was gross and stained. The rooftop .. come on -_-. Furniture and Pool table were not in the least kept up. Parkside Apt 312 was far from Luxury and I give it a 3/3.5, not like pics. I did love all the Streaming Chanel options on the Roku so thank you for that

We loved the house! It was gorgeously renovated. The location was great with easy walking to an ice cream shop, coffee shop, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurant even when it was so hot outside. A slightly longer walk to tons more. Communication was nice and easy via text. Access was easy with a keypad. 5 stars! Thank you! I hope we can come back soon.

Host is professional and responsive. I would look for a Hyatus properties for future stays.
