Summary: It was wonderful. I liked: very clean, spacious, safe and quiet. We had a pleasant and memorable stay. I did not like: The apartment was a bit walk from the main door elevator. Later we found another elevator near the car garage, and it was a lot easier to get to the apartment.

Overall this is a nice place but for us was not equipped well. We like to cook and there was only 1 knife (which we took a day to find) and no dishtowels or over mits - we had to use a hand towel from the bathroom for this. Clearly no one who stayed here before really used the kitchen. The photos are not of this unit but it is similar. Our biggest issue was calling the unit a 2 bedroom. One of the bedrooms - has No WINDOWS!!! Pretty sure it's illegal to call that a bedroom. It was really a 1 bedroom with a den/office space. Having our child stay in a room with no windows to escape incase of fire etc. was awful. This needs to be disclosed very clearly in the listing and not called a 2 bedroom unit. We also felt the place was overpriced - in part due to it not really being a 2 bedroom place and the ill-equipped kitchen. On the plus the 24 hours of coffee in the lobby and private parking was excellent.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a very nice building with great parking! Would def stay here again. To explain a 4 star on the cleanliness, the dishwasher was on the fritz and clearly no one let the owner/manager know. So, the dishwasher had a bunch of old food particles that made it smell really bad when opened. I texted Hyatus right away, and the team was very responsive! The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve had in all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in over the years-so that was a huge plus!!!!!

The apartment was great and the communication with the host was beyond remarkable. I mean absolutely amazing. The master bedroom, living room, kitchen was amazing… the second bedroom was cold… it needs more light or a tv or something.. other than that the apartment was amazing

This is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The downtown location is perfect, with easy access to everything. The amenities were outstanding – I loved and took advantage of the rooftop pool, the gym, and the work areas. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and my stay incredibly comfortable. Hosts are great with communication which made the process easy. Highly recommend!!
