Summary: Cozy apartment in a quiet location. I liked: The apartment is located in a new building. The apartment is very cozy, bright and very clean. The kitchen has all kitchen utensils for cooking. We stayed in this apartment for a week in May 2024. The manager Tatenda was in touch and quickly resolved all issues. I did not like:

The apartment is very clean, feels like home. The host is very friendly and responsive. We called the host several times, they always answered the phone right away. The apartment has nice lounge and conference room, we use it when friends visit us, which is very convenient. We also enjoy the free coffee that the apartment provides us, it gave us a fresh start every morning:)

This was my second stay here, property is in great condition. I was sent a message before my stay letting know that i was able to check-in a little earlier if i wanted too, great service. I will always look to stay here first when i'm in the area.

Lovely well-appointed apartment. Getting inside the building initially did not go smoothly according to written instructions, but when I called they were very responsive. The original parking spot was also occupied but that was resolved quickly. Hyatus hosts were available via phone and messaging. The apartment was spacious and the building and amenities were beautiful. Be sure to stop by the awesome coffee machine in the lobby before heading out! Enjoyed my stay very much and would stay again. Great location close to the medical school and a nice walk to main campus.

New building and the location in the Yale Hospital district. Comfortable 1 bedroom with decent gym in the basement and nice rooftop area. Pleasant experience.

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building with many amenities. The king bed was one of the comfiest we've slept in an airbnb and the bathroom was large with a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower with good water pressure. The building itself was full of amenities and we made good use of the gym and the cofee bar in the lounge had surprisingly good espresso. Added bonus was the included cover parking and in-unit washer and dryer. It is also walking distance to Yale campus and restaurants. Perfect stay. Zero complaints.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
