The perfect place to stay! Clean homey feeling, lots to do within walking distance, responsive & friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as advertised, very tentative host, and price was good. I wanted to extend my stay but property was already booked. I believe if they keep everything the same (ie response, price, quality) they will do very well.

We decided to look for an Airbnb at the last minute, rather than find a hotel for the two days we were in town. This place was AWESOME! Arrangements were made quickly, everything we needed was communicated to us and went as expected. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and was a great way to start our vacation! We were able to walk downtown to find a place to eat and get a drink. We were sorry to be leaving New Haven so soon. If we ever get back, we will definitely book again.

Summary: Great place to stay and over see the area from the nice open spacious window view I liked: The amenities..how spacious it is..also it made you feel very comfortable as if you were at your own home. It also has washer and dryer and the necessities to wash your own things without running out to a store... I did not like: I just had trouble following the directions inside my email cause I wasn't from Connecticut so I had no sense of direction...

Summary: Komme, nachdem ich die Prozedur kenne, wieder I liked: Lage war sehr gut, Zimmer bzw. App. sehr gut ausgestattet, Ambiente sehr ansprechend, ist eine App. Anlage, weniger ein Hotel. I did not like: Die Check-In Prozedur; ohne Smartphone ist es unmöglich einzuchecken. Auch die permanaten Mails/SMS mit Registrierungsanfragen sind nervig. Wenn das System hängt, keine Möglichkeit an den Code für die Eingangstür zu erhalten. Personen die nicht online-affin sind, sollten das Hotel nicht buchen.

Great house for a big group. Would stay there again.

Summary: I liked: Apartment is within walking distance from Union Station. Its also walking distance to downtown. There's a gym in the basement and Stop&Shop will deliver groceries right to the door. Place is secure. Highway is nearby as well. Bed was comfortable and place was very clean. I had a rental car and got a free parking pass to St Anthony church parking lot. Highly recommend. I did not like: Didn't have any issues.

Summary: I liked: Perfect Location. plenty of room for the entire family. The creek in the back of the home is definitely a bonus. I did not like:

Very clean and beautiful place and the hosting team was very accommodating. I requested a high chair for my 1 year old son and they bought a brand new chair just for my son. That was very sweet! Thanks Hyatus team. Shout out to Tatenda!

Summary: Beautiful, fun, and exciting. I would refer this place to everyone. I liked: So much to do. You want be bored. You can stay right in the apartment and enjoy your whole vacation. I love it. I did not like: Again so much activities you can do in the apartment building.
