The train station and Yale are both walkable from the apartment! There was a small glitch in the system so we didn't have our entry code on arrival but a quick phone call and it was resolved. I would definitely recommend this place for short or long stays in New Haven!

Very clean and well furnished with excellent amenities in the building. Also convenient - 15 min walk to Yale. Secure parking in the building was a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great stay for me. Self check in worked in fine but relies heavily on availability of internet/phone I liked: no breakfast, just coffee machine but not expected and ok I did not like: homeless person sleeping opposite the street in the park, which was a coincidence and only one night. Safety of the area may be questionable.

Couldn't be happier with this accommodation. You get what you pay for here and it is stunning. It is worth the extra per night to stay at this fantastic property. Walkable to the city and so many great restaurants around. You get your own parking spot. There is a coffee machine in the building that we used frequently as it makes different variety of coffee. The amenities here are absolutely amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the showers water is hot.

The number I was given to get in didn't work and I actually had to have a resident help me get into the building, other than that everything went as it should. The place was absolutely spotless and very nice overall, however, the host needs to at least get a few pans for reheating pizza, as we are in New Haven after all! Lol Parking was a breeze and the gym was very nice, would definitely go to again

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
