Great place to stay for my work travel in the area

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, comfy bed, and great location for walking into historic New Haven or over to Union Station to catch a train to NYC. Loved the free coffee bar downstairs and the other property amenities that are available.

Great amenities (new gym, rooftop lounge, coffee bar), location pretty good too, nice apartment, only thing that wasn’t great was the kitchen equipment. On the first day I went to IKEA to buy new pans, cutboard, knifes.

We had a great experience! Will definitely stay again!

Check in was seamless! The place is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Plenty of cups,silverware and plates for 4 people. Very quiet building. Grocery store and great places to eat within a few miles! The rooftop was great to lounge and relax at the end of a work day. The host responded within a few minutes to every message! Would definitely consider staying again!

Neighborhood can be a bit iffy in early AM, but apartment is a great pad near the hospital

Great apt. Close to medical district, fairly close to bars/pizza. Gyms are not in building but a neighboring building.

An absolute oasis of comfort, calm, and clean. Spectacularly equipped kitchen. Hyatus is easily one of the most detail-oriented and well-communicating host groups I've ever experienced; I highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Very convenient parking. Felt very secure. Top of the line property and amenities. Professional hosting. Will definitely come back if it is available when we are in the area next.

Summary: I liked: It is very quiet, even being in the middle of the city. Lots of amenities! I did not like: It would have been nice if the pool was heated.
