Great place. Close to downtown New Haven. Had everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. The building also has a kids play area which helped greatly for the kids to get some energy out. The host was responsive and the place was clean and easy to access. Would love to stay again.

Wow - this place is incredible! The way this historic farmhouse has been restored is simply extraordinary. The blend of historical charm and modern amenities creates the perfect atmosphere - luxurious and cozy. The cabin's interior was beautifully appointed, and the outdoor area with the private stream was a win with the whole family. The host was warm and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and elegant escape. Will definitely return!

This apartment was not clear on how to check in and made false accusations about my daughter being loud when she wasn’t. The Hyatus staff told me the down stairs apartment was frequently complaining and had just complained a week earlier for another person staying in the unit. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve stayed here and the same thing happened when I was traveling with family. Upsetting that they left me a review with no explanation.

Absolutely loved our stay in this Poconos cabin! The place was clean and really huge that was more than large enought for our group of 13. Exactly what you'd hope for in a cozy getaway. It's tucked right into the Poconos, so the creek and nearby activities were amazing. Communication with Jhanice was smooth and easy on Airbnb. All in all, it was a great find - we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic stay, close to many bars and restaurants. Very clean and quiet apartment.The host was very accommodating and responsive. If you read the instructions, parking and getting in the building is very simple. Will definitely book again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin retreat. Despite the heat we really explored a lot oustide and the creek provides a nice cool breeze. The hosts, Hyatus and Jhanice did an outstanding job capturing the essence of the place in their photos, and it matched our expectations perfectly. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby grocery stores, dining options, and all the activities we had lined up.

Summary: I liked: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The games room and roof top terrace were great. The pool was a bonus. It was perfect after a hectic few days in New York. Jhanice was a great communicator I did not like: It wasn't clear how to get onto the WiFi but once I messaged Jhanice she sorted it out.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
