Summary: Exceptional apartment with easy access and great location I liked: Great location and good parking. Modern, stylish and very spacious apartment with great facilities. Spotlessly clean ? I did not like: A toaster!!!!

I stayed with my kids age 18 and 11,we were all impressed with the apartment on first opening the door!it has everything we needed for a relaxed trip,linen all crisp and clean,kitchen well stocked,extremely comfy beds,easy to use TVs,a lovely spacey shower unit,washer and dryer…cannot fault this place,had loads of activities for us to check out too like free bowling/pool/billiards/viewing room…Ubers came within 5 to take us wherever we wanted to go..Yale only a 10minute walk and it’s beautiful around there,we mostly enjoyed their free admission art museum with Picasso,van gogh,Monet on display!

I love this place, the location is very near Yale university and peaceful. The parking is convenient, except it’s outdoor. The room is nice and comfortable. The best thing of all is Jhanice and the team of customer service people. They are very responsive, very helpful, and considerate. Strongly recommend this place especially for those who visit New Haven for the first time. You will feel like home and Jhanice is always there for you!

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and great communication!

l'appartement est moderne, propre, design,confortable, très lumineux. Il est très bien équipé pour un long séjour Le toit est accessible avec des chaises longues pour le soleil. Nous avons apprécié les chocolats chauds dans le hall et la fontaine à eau au rez de chaussée, ainsi que la salle de conférence. L'appartement est idéalement situé si vous voulez être proche de l'école de médecine, des laboratoires de recherche et de l’hôpital. Il est également à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Union Station, du centre ville, de l'université de Yale, des musées, des restaurants,... La procédure d'entrée a été simple en suivant les instructions . Les messages de l'hôte, Jhanice, ont été clairs et charmants. C'est un très bel endroit pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je referai l’expérience de Hyatus Stays.

Summary: I liked: The apartment was very clean, spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is excellent. I did not like: The sofa bed provided during my stay was far from comfortable, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

We had a great experience from the moment we checked it. The place was really nice and clean. We had our 2 and 4 year old with us and it was perfect for our family! Would stay again with Hyatus

Our latest little family getaway ranks at the top of our list! The cabin surpassed what we had imagined. The panoramic views from the porches, the soothing murmur of the stream, and the cozy ambience were truly enchanting. The surroundings offered a plethora of sights and activities. The stream on the property is simply spellbinding. Seeing the deer walking around and eating is something photos cannot fully capture. There's no doubt that we'll be booking another stay in times to come.
