Amazingly modern and clean space. For the price, much nicer than the nicest hotels in New Haven. Would definitely stay here again when in New Haven.

Great stay and was peaceful and easy to access

We truly enjoyed our stay in New Haven. Our apartment was thoughtfully equipped, clean, and fully functioning. I have come to resent needing to go out and buy a missing spatula or corkscrew or dish soap when staying in some rentals. Nothing at all was missing here, in fact there were extras that made our stay more comfortable. The location was ideal for accessing much of downtown New Haven as well as an easy on/off to interstates 91 & 95. Our host was responsive and friendly

Summary: A well-run and located apartment with lots of amenities. I liked: Hyatus by Pierpont and its hospitality team were excellent. Courteous, accommodating, quick to respond. The building is really quite amazing - with facilities that exceed expectations. Pool, bowling lanes, cappuccino machine in the lobby, movie theatre, Weber grills, 2 level gym, gathering spaces. The apartments are in good shape. Clean and decently equipped. It would work for a longer stay as well as a short one. Close to Yale medical schools and hospital. All in all, a place that feels like home rather than a transient hotel. Would stay there again. I did not like: If you can, choose an apartment on the side facing the pool. Will be quieter. Sound does travel to some degree from the unit upstairs - and through the windows.

Summary: Luxury flat with many amenities avaliable, pool/cinema/ rec-rooms etc. I liked: We enjoyed the high standard of the flat and building itself. Exelent pool area and other rec-rooms/ sport/ chillling areas. I did not like:

Hyatus rocks! The perfect place to stay in New Haven! I loved staying here! The apartment is lovely and luxurious! The location is great, you can walk to Yale, Walgreens, Coffee Shops, Union Station, everywhere. The place has everything, it is a dream! Full kitchen, lovely bedroom, great mattress and linens, the bathroom is great, and the living room is perfect! There is a washer and dryer center too. It is the perfect place to stay in New Haven, close to everything, I traveled by myself and I felt very safe, the building is top notch and full of luxury and amenities. You will have everything you need, Keurig, vanity essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft towels, everything! It is perfect if you want to work, there is a table, the sofa, and a bar in the kitchen for your laptop. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay, the place is lovely, spotless, and has the best location. The hosts are great, it was a fabulous experience staying here! I will definitely come back!

Host was incredibly responsive to my dumb question (I didn’t read the check in instructions properly). The apartment was spotless and very well appointed with soap, detergents, towels, etc. Bathroom and closet was much larger than expected. The building also has a great gym, pool and free coffee in the lobby

Great place convenient to Yale Medical and quick, easy walk to full Campus. Pristine condition!

Immaculate apartment in a superb building. All of the amenities were a delight and the convenience of being downtown magnified the experience. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
