the location near the medical school was perfect for reunions, was an amazing property, quiet at night, beautiful, comfortable, and would definitely stay again.

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I've had thus far. Great location and property. The crown jewel of the experience was the host. The pleasant disposition was reflected not only in Jhanice's expeditious responses but the perceived energy of those responses. If every host was like this, we wouldn't have to cross our fingers with every booking. Hyatus Stays is worth your business. Just Book It!

Great location for Yale family -less than a mile to downtown New Haven and campus. Very safe area

Hiatus was immediately responsive to any question we had and went out of their way to help us. Faster than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The condo was lovely, spacious, clean and suited our needs well. The building facilities are fantastic, from the gyms to the free cappuccino/coffee maker (with real foamed milk!). It was easily walkable to downtown New Haven with lots of restaurants and places to visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful apartment just as described in the listing. A quick walk to the campus. Great coffee bar in the lobby!

It was a wonderful stay. A bit pricey but understandable because of the timing. Jhanice was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment. Clean, almost new, terrific public spaces with pool, small bowling alley, so close to the city and Yale. Parking included and safe

Jhanice was awesome and responded quickly to our needs. Because of a couple inconveniences, she left us a very thoughtful token of appreciation. It was easy to get to Yale (the reason for our stay) and on/off the interstates for sight seeing in the area.

Summary: I liked: All looked new and bright. All utilities to cook a meal where there I did not like: The building itself is not soundproof, and some (loud) music and barking dogs could be heard.
