Great place, super clean, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk for a coffee-holic like me.

We are very grateful that this is the place we stayed for a week while in New Haven. This Airbnb is wonderful! It’s clean, cozy, and very comfortable! It’s close to the Yale medical school, Yale hospital, and Union Station. It’s walking distance, about a mile, to the heart of Yale campus. Lyft drivers accessed the building with ease. Jhanice was very responsive to all of my questions before we arrived as well as during our stay - amazing communication and was soooo helpful!! Hopefully it will work to stay there again another time! Thank you!!!

Great place! Very convenient for medical campus. Would recommend!

Great location close to hospital and med school. Building is very nice and unit was spotless. Communication with Hyatus was excellent. They were very responsive each time I had a question and even brought me a wine opener for the kitchen when I asked where I might find one. Easy check in and out. The parking spot was right across the street and felt very safe. Quick entry in the back of the building with a key fob so no concerns about having to park far away and walk. Great apartment-- already booked again for an upcoming trip.

Jhanice provided beyond excellent service. She was always very quick to respond to our inquiries and worked with us to get an early check-in and late check-out. I really appreciated all of her help and hospitality! The airbnb itself was beautiful, sunny, clean, well maintained, and stocked with all of our necessities. We could occasionally hear the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors but we had no noise issues at nighttime. The place is in a quiet area, and combined with the blackout curtains, we were able to sleep great. We also appreciated the close proximity to the Yale area (only about a 10-15 minute walk), while being able to come back to the less busy part of town. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jhanice and Hyatus!

Host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, secure, felt safe, and was walkable to all we needed to do. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Great communication, extremely responsive and helpful. Wonderful place to call home whether traveling for business or vacation. Exceeded my expectations. Will surely book again!
