Always an excellent stay. Great communication by the host!

We had a very nice time during our 40 day stay at Hyatus Maddox New Haven . It was like home away from home. Especially the staff was very responsive and helpful to all our issues and problems. We definitely recommend it.

Summary: Wonderful experience. I liked: Convenient to downtown and the Yale Campus. The and room were spotless and very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and courteous... Best of all it was perfectly quiet and peaceful in our room. The complimentary coffee bar in the lobby was a nice bonus. I would definitely return in the future. I did not like: No negatives.

Hyatus Stay's gave us a great experience. Not only did I actually feel at home since I'm from NH, but it felt just like home in Charlotte now too! I'd recommend this stay and I intend on booking again. Jhanice took care of us this time, and I so appreciate her. We look forward to the next stay!

Great location; clear instructions; everything provided. The area has lots of food venues; attractions; and history all within walking distance. This location has a park close by.

The apartment was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Super convenient!

This apartment was beyond clean- truly spotless! Rare to find an airbnb that is as clean and well maintained. The space is small but had everything I needed for my stay. The beds are ultra comfy. I had a question about the linens and my host promptly responded and explained (they do not use a top sheet on their beds as their duvets are washed and changed before each guest arrives. If the unit wasn't as clean as it was it might have alarmed me but seriously I trusted them as a result of how pristine and great smelling everything was). Excellent communication- especially when I locked myself out of the garage (I was so embarassed but they were quick to respond and resolve!!!) I HIGHLY recommend booking this space. I was in town for Bulldog days and the location is super close and convenient to the campus.

Great way to check out what the local apartments are like if you are planning a move.

I was surprised; great location and a comfortable apartment in New Haven. The complex has available a good Gym and area to hang around. Excellent wifi for my work and a complete kitchen. Totally recommend it for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Bed was comfy, place was super clean and the amenities were top notch. It was so fun to play mini bowling, the gym was really nice to work out in and we enjoyed the meditation room. It was also walking distance to restaurants, shops and Yale. It was neat to walk around campus and see the architecture.

Such an amazing experience here and we honestly didn’t want to leave. Amazing host, and truly responsive 24/7! I can’t wait to come back!
