The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, with everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and has beautiful furnishings making it a really comfortable place to stay while visiting Boston. The parking was a great bonus. Its a five minute walk to a supermarket to get supplies and well connected to Boston via either train or silver line bus (30 mins to South Station).

Beautiful view and super convenient to the Assembly T station right next door. Walkable to coffee and many surrounding restaurants, stores and bars in the Assembly Row area. Also really cool story for Assembly Row if you look it up—former Ford factory revitalized into a really vibrant mixed use area. Loved staying here for a few days. Beautiful and spotless! Only minor issues were 1) the unit wasn’t available until about 4:20 so we were waiting in the car while they got it clean, and 2) they apparently set an AC program that requires you to manually lower the temperature several times a day (and also overnight) which was really annoying so we reported it and it will hopefully get addressed. (There’s absolutely no reason for the temp for the day to be set at 82 degrees….). Both of these should be easy fixes with the appropriate attention. And the manager is very responsive. Otherwise, among the nicest of all places we have stayed in and around Boston so we highly recommend it!

Great location, walking distance to many landmarks and restaurants, plus it is close to public transportation. The apartment has everything you need and the building has great amenities as well.

Summary: 10/10 I liked: Next time i come to boston this will be the only place I will stay - the customer service is up there with the best i have ever encountered. The actually property itself was better than any pictures or description i read prior. It has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend Hyatus highly enough. Thank you again for such an amazing time. I did not like: Nothing not to like !!

Summary: I liked: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Billardtisch und Grill. Der Check in funktioniert sehr gut, ohne Kontakt mit Personal. I did not like: Es ist relativ hellhörig und wir haben den Zugangscode etwas später bekommen, aber das war ok.

Summary: I liked: Schön geräumig! I did not like: Butterfly screen im Eingangsbereich um in das Gebäude zu gelangen hat nicht funktioniert und die helpline war überfordert und leider so gar nicht hilfreich. In das Gebäude sind wir am Anreisetag nur zufällig mit Hilfe anderer Bewohner gekommen

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
