We stayed at this apartment in Boston for work, and overall it had everything we needed. The space was exactly as described—comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped for our stay. The host was also very responsive and attentive throughout. I was especially glad I watched the check-in video ahead of time, as the process would have been a little difficult to navigate without it. One thing to keep in mind if you are renting a car is that the assigned parking space is quite a walk from the apartment. If you are primarily using Uber or other rideshare services, this should not be an issue. We did have one small incident during our stay when someone took the doormat from outside the apartment, but otherwise everything went smoothly. Some neighbors also keep their windows open at night, which was a little unusual to us, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for our work trip, and we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.

Really cool spot, my wife & I stayed here on a staycation from our place in Boston & it felt like a luxury hotel to us. We had a nice day at the pool & the gym was nice to have too

Summary: Una casa a Boston I liked: Ottima posizione accanto alla linea arancione della metropolitana, interessanti, numerosi e utili gli spazi comuni, spettacolare la vista sul fiume e sulla città. Molto dettagliate le indicazioni fornite dall'app per i residenti. Importante la possibilità di utilizzare lavatrice e asciugatrice che ci ha permesso di partire con bagaglio ridotto. Generosi rifornimenti già presenti nell'appartamento, (capsule caffe, prodotti per il bucato, tovaglioli di carta). Apprezzato il kit di benvenuto con cioccolatini. I did not like: Qualche difficoltà iniziale per il ritiro delle chiavi poiché il codice fornito via email non era corretto. Per fortuna eravamo nel pomeriggio e quindi, tramite una telefonata al service, abbiamo risolto. Qualche dotazione in più nella cucina sarebbe utile. (tazzine caffè, strofinacci). Nel bagno c'erano solo due asciugamani grandi e due piccoli (noi eravamo in tre).

Wonderful and responsive host and overall a nice unit. Big Things to consider 1. It’s in a very industrial area. There is a train that runs near it so you will hear the train running thru all night long and blairing its horn. 2. Pool is freezing even on warm days. It gets no sunshine and not heated. Wish we knew bc I have small children. Wasn’t able to use it. 3. Unit had a smoke alarm that would chirp every day around 5:45am. We even had a full blown fire drill one night 8pm had to pull kids out of apt and was told by the residents it’s a sensitive system and this happens often. We evacuated and fire dept came all was okay but constant morning chirp of fire alarm had us all very nervous after the evacuation.

Summary: Good experience, very pricey and the staff were very helpful I liked: Love the location and the convenience of the garage I did not like: When I arrived to my unit, there were a bunch of fruit flies. And Hyatus did supply me with cleaning supplies but frustrating to come back to that.

Summary: I liked: L'appartamento era molto bello. Ho apprezzato molto la vista sui grattacieli del centro. Call center 24 ore su 24 molto cordiali e disponibili. I did not like: La piscina appartiene ad un centro sportivo nello stabile. E' solo dai 18 anni in su e per due persone a prenotazione. Su booking in effetti era scritto piscina per gli adulti ma non lo avevo notato.

Thank you to Mike & Tatenda. Unmatched hospitality and came thru in a pinch when we hit a snag with another reservation. The place was impeccable and well appointed. Great area to boot and easy to get to multiple venues. Absolutely loved that it included parking which can be hard to find in Boston. If you're in Boston and looking for something that makes you feel at home, put this place on your list.

Great

I chose this location for convenience to the hospital my son is at while he recovers from an accident. The apartment is beautiful and had everything that I needed. I did get to relax by the pool a few times and it was lovely. The parking garage is an added bonus because it is so difficult to find parking in Boston. It made my time here very easy to commute back and forth to the hospital. I was able to cook meals, do laundry, and get a good nights rest. The apartment complex is very quiet and the people there were all nice. I will definitely be booking again for follow up appointments when we are back in the area.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb in Boston! The location was amazing, especially because it was right inside the mall, which made everything so convenient. It was also close to so many restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We loved how easy it was to get around and explore Boston. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
