Nice flat but Two elevators for more than 130 apartments. One was broken and not repaired during half of my stay. I was in an upper floor so it was a nightmare for daily access to my apartment. All noted to Hyatus with no timely response other than 100 usd compensation, ex post, for the inconveniences. Host is an unresponsive AI machine; quite polite, but no real solution to problems posted during the stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was comfortable, well-appointed, and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was absolutely perfect and made getting around incredibly convenient. Everything met my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

Thanks for having us! The airbnb was great for our group and the instructions shared with us were clear and useful ☺️ Sarah was professional, friendly and did her best to accommodate one of our special requests. She was respectful and communicated quickly. We enjoyed using the gym. Would recommend!

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
