Tatenda was great but this place was overpriced for what it was - a nice apartment with no views - there was still work being done in the hallways. the location is a bit on the fringe.

Stayed here with my husband and young toddler while visiting family and friends around the Boston area. It was a great central location, we enjoyed the apartment and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space. The host is very responsive during check-in when I needed some help getting access to the key fob.

Summary: I liked: Location is great and building facilities are also very nice I did not like: Dryer was not working in our room and for 2 weeks they didn't manage to repair it. Aeration in the room is practically not existent - so if you want to cook you are in trouble. Cooling and heating was not working reasonably. There was a mouse in the main kitchen room in the lobby.

Our family was traveling in the. Boston area for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient. The apartment was in a new residential apartment building that had some really nice amenities and conveniences like private parking. The rooms were nice and clean and were represented well in the pictures. Our reserved parking spot was taken twice, but we contacted the host and they got us another parking spot immediately. Our host was extremely responsive and professional. Check-in was extremely easy. Overall a very nice stay, would recommend if you’re looking to stay just outside of the city of Boston. It was only about a 15-20 uber ride.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.
