Watch the video sent by the host and check-in will be easy. The space was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities that the building had to offer. Our tweens enjoyed the space as well. We were happy that the building and apartment is pet friendly so our dog had a safe place to stay when we went out. One elevator was out during our stay, but didn’t cause much of a problem. Someone parked in the spot I was assigned, but the host was very quick to respond and help me. The location provided ease for us to get in and out of the city with our vehicle. We drove to a nearby town to park by the blue line and take the T into the city. It saved us money on parking and made for a quick transit. We also drove into the city a day prior and parked in a lot. It was a quick commute to drive in. On our arrival night, we found a local restaurant that we enjoyed for dinner, Ciao pizza and pasta. Highly recommend, as our kids wanted to return another night. After dinner, we drove into the city to get some dessert at a local bakery. Found street parking a few blocks away and didn’t have to wait on a long line for some yummy baked goods. We enjoyed the different commutes in and out of Boston and exploring the area. We would be happy to stay again should we visit the area.

Sarah was super responsive and immediately helped us with any questions we had. Our stay was very comfortable, the place was kept very clean and it felt right at home. The area felt very secure and safe as well. We highly recommend for anyone visiting Boston.

After finally receiving the check in information, we got up to the unit and could not get in. The building access code, lockbox access code, and use of the fob into the unit were not clearly visible in the check in instructions. When I called to ask for help, the host???s phone connection was poor, and they hung up on me, leaving me outside the apartment with my two young children at 5:30 at night. They never called back. The unit was fairly clean, and the space was nicely laid out. However, the main bedroom smelled like mocha/coffee and kept us awake throughout the night, in addition to the terrible mattress that made it more difficult to sleep. When the hvac fan was running, we were able to drown out the activity from the upstairs unit. Before we left, we started a load of laundry with clothing and our swim towels. The washer broke leaving us with dirty, soapy, sopping wet towels and clothing to bring home the next day in trash bags. I was told we would be compensated and haven???t heard from the host since. What a disgrace and very stressful stay.

It was beautiful and clean. Not far from historic Salem, but we did have to drive in. Great for an off peak visit. During peak season (September/October they say it???s hard to get parking, so if you stay here don???t bring a car and uber in.

Wonderful apartment in a great building with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the location in downtown Stamford within easy walking distance to restaurants.Christian at the front desk was particularly friendly!

Summary: It was a comfortable apartment with all the amenities one could wish for. I liked: There were lots of laundry amenities and kitchen amenities. I did not like: There is a strong odor entering the apartment that took only a little while to adjust to.

Sarah was a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and I can truly say I haven’t rented an airbnb as clean as this one! I appreciate that as a OCD cleaner myself. She was super responsive and always willing to answer any questions I had. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to everyone looking to rent it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay on Boston in this appartment well located, clean and perfectly equiped.

We stayed at this apartment in Boston for work, and overall it had everything we needed. The space was exactly as described—comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped for our stay. The host was also very responsive and attentive throughout. I was especially glad I watched the check-in video ahead of time, as the process would have been a little difficult to navigate without it. One thing to keep in mind if you are renting a car is that the assigned parking space is quite a walk from the apartment. If you are primarily using Uber or other rideshare services, this should not be an issue. We did have one small incident during our stay when someone took the doormat from outside the apartment, but otherwise everything went smoothly. Some neighbors also keep their windows open at night, which was a little unusual to us, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for our work trip, and we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.

Really cool spot, my wife & I stayed here on a staycation from our place in Boston & it felt like a luxury hotel to us. We had a nice day at the pool & the gym was nice to have too
