Great place close to campus

I recently checked out of the Mason after spending 40+ days there with my Mom, who was getting daily cancer treatments at Mass General Hospital. The location made this far more comfortable, as it significantly shortened our commute. The two bedroom we rented was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern appliances and fixtures. The building amenities were all beautiful as well. But what really shined was the responsiveness of Hyatus Staff. As an example, the ice maker in the fridge stopped working. Anyone who has appliances at home knows this kinda thing happens. I contacted the Hyatus team and a they came out the next day and diagnosed the issue / ordered a part. The following day, it was fixed! Try getting that done at home. Plus, any other questions we had were responded to promptly and professionally. My mom even got a Mother’s Day gift from them. Hyatus will be my “go-to” now for long term stays wherever they may be. Their network of locations is quite robust and I look forward to using them again, be it in the Boston area or elsewhere.

Summary: Excellent place to stay while visiting Boston. Seamless virtual check and check out was awesome. Communicating with owne I liked: The rooms were very clean and well kept. The proximity to all the key locations in Boston was very convenient. I did not like: There was really not much to not like in this rental.

I have stayed here a couple of times now, it’s a great location to the town and the apartment is well equipped, modern and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Spent 5 wonderful days at Spruce cabin! We had a great time & really loved the house! There was plenty to do in & out of the house. There was lots of space for the 13 of us to spread out! The huge & beautiful dining table on the porch was our favorite place for all of us to eat & play games! Our grandkids (age 10-20) spent time in the "game room" & enjoyed our campfires! Host was very attentive to any concerns or issues which we appreciated. Would love to come back in future! Thank you!
