Summary: Refreshing I liked: Nice furniture and adequate amenities I did not like: Continuous noise from the power generator or whatever is in the room by the kitchen. Would do with an extra pair of linen while I wash the other especially if we are two and not sharing the bed

Great location if you???re looking to stay in downtown Stamford. Across from a mall and walking distance to restaurants. Only issue was parking. Given an assigned spot and 9 out of 10 times another car was in it. Given the a second spot to park and that was also used by another car. Ended up on the lower level in a previous spot from a different booking. Second car was parked in a convenient parking lot around the corner of Bedford. Quite reasonable too 95 for the month.

Summary: Needs some maintenance & cleaning done ASAP!!! I liked: The parking garage, the staff, lounge & the faculties it felt like home...safe, nice & comfortable! I did not like: The uncleanliness of the apartment, no wash clothes & water running out of the shower every time we took a shower meaning we had to put several towels on the floor so we wouldn't slip getting out of the shower.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
